No, not SALAD. But SALAD's new home of Alresford in Hampshire.
On May 22nd 2014, the market town of Alresford celebrates 800 years of its local market, held under an ancient privilege dating back to 1210. That's the year - not ten past noon.
Alresford may seem a sleepy little town. A typically quaint English town, which somehow retains its character against the march of modern times. Famous for its brightly painted houses, the town is an ancient watercress growing area, and is also home to a steam railway (the Watercress Line!).
It's a little ironic that Salad Seminars moved its home to an area so well known for watercress. But it's a great fit, and the character of the town makes it an exceptionally pleasant place to do business, and to come to learn new skills.
